David Evans
A lifelong “tall Texan”, David was born in Ft. Worth, raised in Farmers Branch, and graduated Rice University on a baseball scholarship. He then sold enterprise software for 20 years in booming Frisco, raising two amazing kids. As a young man, he held two straight-commissioned sales jobs before carrying a drivers license, remaining a career sales professional.
He learned young the importance of creating, effectively communicating, and delivering value-added products and services, closing thousands of transactions from hundreds to millions of dollars, from backwoods shops to Fortune 100 board rooms.
For sellers or buyers, David assumes your unique needs as a challenge of discovery to be met head-on, an opportunity to maximize, sometimes a dire problem to solve. He will roll up his sleeves and get dirt on his boots or straighten his tie and shine up for the big presentation. He prides himself on getting things done.

David and his wife Judy reside in a Payne Springs, TX. lakefront at Cedar Creek Lake, and own rural acreage in NW Kemp, TX.
